ACCA embeds the global accounting education standards set by the International Federation of Accountants, and is one of the most valued professional qualifications for finance managers, accountants, and auditors.

Students who have completed Fundamentals level papers F1 - F9 are eligible to obtain a BSC Degree in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brooks University, a recognized and highly respected UK University.

For those interested, a local qualification from the Kampuchea Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Auditors and the Ministry of Economic and Finance can be earned at the same time.


The Students

Applicants with a bachelor or master degree in a related subject from an approved university and at least one year professional experience are invited to apply. Completion of an entrance exam is required. The entrance exam includes tests of English, maths and accounting.

The Qualification

The ACCA Qualification is your route to professional status. It is designed to provide the accounting knowledge, skills and professional values which will deliver finance professionals who are capable of building successful careers across all sectors.

The ACCA qualification indicates a high level of expertise level and authorizes an accountant to legally engage in private or public practice. ACCA (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) has signed a joint examination scheme agreement with Kampuchea Institute of CPAs and Auditors (KICPAA) and the National Accounting Council (NAC) of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, Cambodia

Diploma in Cambodia Tax

Accredited by the ACCA, this course earns an exemption from F6. The course covers tax skills required of a professional accountant: tax on profit, salary tax, tax exemptions, specific taxes, and the tax legal framework.

Financial Reporting FR (F7)
