F4 develops the legal knowledge required to effectively function in a business or organizational environment. Covered are employment law, contract law, legal formation of a business, and corporate governance issues.F5 Performance Management
This course continues from FMA and further develops management accounting skills. Budgeting and costing are examined in detail with in-depth study of variance analysis. Students also learn how to manage performance controls.Diploma in Cambodian Tax (F6 Equivalent)

Starting with the skills developed in the foundation level, this course examines the detailed duties and activities of the board of directors and the board committees. This course also studies professional ethics and codes of conduct.P2 Corporate Reporting
Continuing from the IFRS financial reporting paper F7, this P2 course studies more complex areas of IFRS. This includes accounting for changes in control such as a change from investment in associate to subsidiary. Also covered are advanced issues related to deferred tax, financial instruments, and IFRS for SMEs.P3 Business Analysis
P3 is a business strategy course studying strategic position, strategic choices, and strategic action. P3 studies in detail business process change, project management, and strategic financial analysis.
The first part of P4 is business valuation. Students learn how to use advanced discounted cash flow techniques to value different types of businesses. The second part is risk management, specifically managing currency and interest rate risk.P5 Advanced Performance Management
P5 continues from F5, but looks at management accounting from a strategic perspective. This includes performance measurement system design, strategic performance measurement, performance evaluation, and economic factors.
