Casey Barnett, CFA, ACCA, MBA
Teaching F7 Financial Reporting and P4 Advanced Financial Management
Casey is the President of CamEd Business School as well as a lecturer. He is an expert in IFRS and trains finance professionals from esteemed multinationals such as PWC, KPMG and E&Y. He is also a member of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Cambodia working group on Accounting and regularly advises the National Accounting Council. He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Casey holds an AB from Dartmouth College and an MBA in finance from Columbia Business School. He is a CFA charterholder.
Bee Khiam Lim, FCCA, CMIIA
Teaching P2 Corporate Reporting, Paper 4 Accounting for Costs and Paper 8 Implementing Audit Procedures
BK Lim is a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, and a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. He is also a Chartered Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, Malaysia.
BK has more than 15 years experience in internal audit in various industries including multinational (Carlsberg Brewery), large divers group (Sunway Group of Companies) and the largest palm oil exporting conglomerate in Indonesia. In his position as Head of Group International Audit, he was responsible for ensuring the company's risk management and controls were high standards.
Sam Ghanty, Phd.
Teaching F9 Financial Management and Paper 10 Managing Finances
Sam Ghanty has a Doctor of Philosophy in accounting from the University of Wisconsin. He also holds a master in science in international business, a master in administration in finance, investment and banking. He taught at the University of the Wisconsin for two decades, where he was awarded outstanding teacher of the year, outstanding recognition award in teaching and research, and Leon P. Hermsen award for best teacher of the year.
Michael Hodgson, MA
Teaching F4 Corporate and Business Law
Michael was admitted to the roll of solicitors, England and Wales, in 1997 and practiced for ten years thereafter, specializing in civil litigation. He holds an MA from Liverpool John Moores University, Law Society Finals qualification from the College of Law, Common Professional Examination from Staffordshire University and a BA (Joint Hons) from WLIHE (Brunel University). Michael was previously Officer in Charge at the Graduate School, Norton University, Phnom Penh where he also lectured. He is currently employed by the British Embassy, Cambodia where he is Pro-Consul.
Augustine Bong, CPA
Teaching F8 Audit and Assurance
Augustine Bong is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA, member of KICPAA and MICPA) and Chartered Accountant (CA, member of MIA). Augustine is currently practicing audit in Cambodia. He had served close to 14 years with a big 4 international accounting firm and 4 years in senior management position in the corporate sector with a Malaysian public listed company.
Douglas Froggatt
Teaching F2 Management Accounting, F3 Financial Accounting, F6 Taxation, Paper 3 Maintaining Financial Records, and Paper 6 Drafting Financial Statements
Douglas comes to Cambodia after working as a senior auditor in the UK. Douglas has served as interim Director of CamEd, technical assistant of and aid organization within the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport, Senior Auditor in Arnold hill and Brand Manager and Examination Coordinator of ACE. He holds a BSc Mathematics from Imperial College and is an Associate Member of The Royal College of Science.
Juliet Cadungog-Uy, MBA, DM, LLB
Teaching Paper 5 Managing People and Systems
Juliet holds a Doctor of Management from Foundation University, a Doctor of Management from Central Visayas Polytechnic College and a Master in Business Administration from Foundation University.
She has worked as Dean of the College of Business and Accountancy of Negros Oriental State University and as graduate school lecturer for several years. She is an associate member of the National Research Council of the Philippines and member of the Philippines Council of Dean and Educators in Business. In Cambodia, she worked as Research, Monitoring & Evaluation advisor of an NGO funded by USAID.
Tim Walters, MA
Teaching F1 Accountant in Business and P1 Professional Accountant
Tim is an expert in the areas of economics and corporate governance. He also lectures in the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants program. Tim was previously Project Manager in Global Investor Services for the Chase Manhattan Bank in New York. Tim has a BA from the University of Calgary and an MA from the University College of London.
Gregory Herder, Msc, MBA
Teaching P3 Business Analysis and P5 Advanced Performance Management
Gregory Herder holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management in the UNSW (Australia) and an MSc in Industrial Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand (South Africa), an LLB and LLM from the University of Sydney (Australia). He also has completed the Graduate Accounting Conversion Course at the University of Technology, Sydney and has completed the CPA examinations in Australia.
He has worked as an engineer, management consultant (including being a summer associate at McKinsey), a corporate financier, commodity future trader, finance academic (at inter alias the University of NSW, Griffith University, Guangzhou University and the Shanghai Institute of Foreign Trade). He is currently a solicitor/director of a law firm in Sydney Australia and a consultant to a mining company in Cambodia.
Maria Isabelita C. Manzon-Cabrera, CPA
Teaching Paper 2 Information for Management Control and Paper 7 Planning, Control and Performance Management
Maria Isabelita holds a BS in Commerce with major in Accounting and earned the highest academic honors of Magna Cum Laude and valedictorian. She is a Certified Public Accountant with the 12th highest score in the Philippine CPA Exams and the highest score for Accounting Theory.
She worked with the leading audit firm in the Philippines-Sycip, Gorres, Valayo & Company. She has 15 years of multinational work experience in accounting, supervisory and senior management capacity. Currently, she is the Director and Audit Manager for an audit firm based in Phnom Penh.

Sukit Jarutchaiwanna, CFA, FRM
Sukit is Vice President of Wealth Management at Standard Chartered Bank (Thai). He supervises investment counselors and formulates investment strategies for onshore investment. Previously he was an Investment Advisor at Deutsche Bank. He is a CFA charterholder. Sukit also holds a Bsc. in engineering and an Msc. in Investment Management from Pace University in New York.

Kitikorn Limmongkol, CFA, FRM
Kitikorn is the Deputy Head of Financial Product Development at Kasikorn Securities, developing new financial products such as structured notes. Previously, he was the Product and Business Development Supervisor at the Thailand Futures Exchange (TFX). He is a CFA charterholder as well as a certified risk manager. He holds a BA from Chulalongkorn University and an Msc. in Financial Management from University of Exeter, United Kingdom.

Peter Brimble, Phd.
Peter Brimble is the Country Economist of the ADB. He co-founded the Brooker Group PCL in Thailand, the first company to list on Thailand’s Market for Alternative Investments. He also founded Cambodia Emerald, a private equity fund. He holds a Phd. in economics from John Hopkins University. Contingent upon official travel, Dr. Brimble will lecture on international economic indicators and central banks.
Chee Chung Tham, CFA
Chee Chung is currently the Investment Director of a private equity investment firm and has been working in Cambodia since October 2002, including with the Phnom Penh office of the International Finance Corporation. In Singapore, Chee Chung worked as an investment manager with a venture capital fund. He is a CFA charter holder.
